- Forest Green! I love love love it! That's the best tune for O Little Town of Bethlehem. The tune St. Louis is flat to me. I prefer English melodies (for Christmas music) over American ones. It would be better if Forest Green instead of St. Louis were used in most American churches. I am not the least bit English, but English music is wonderful, especially the choir of King's College, Cambridge, which I listen to on the radio in the Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols every year. I used to have lots of King's College Choir CD's. Now I listen to them on my iPod. I play the piano & organ, by the way.
